RETURNS

All sales are final. Refunds are only supplied if your item arrives damaged. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me so we can work toward a solution. 

PAYMENT

Payment is expected at the time of sale. You can use any major credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal. Sales tax of 6% will be charged to Michigan residents.

Please visit this page to learn more about AfterPay. AfterPay allows you to make four installment payments on your order instead of one lump sum at the time of purchase.

SHIPPING

Based on recent experience, COVID-19 has caused unpredictable shipping delays, so please be patient – hopefully this will end soon!

Many centers are also short staffed and are experiencing increased mail volume. Please allow extra time when planning your purchase.

Except for commissioned artwork, all orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (typically the Thursday or Monday after your order, whichever comes first). You will receive an email with a tracking number for your package so keep an eye on your email. 

To my goal of leaving less impact on our environment, I often re-use packaging when I ship your items. Be assured that they are clean and do not lessen the quality of your purchase. Thank you for supporting this mission!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Any custom, tariffs, or fees incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. As the seller, I am not liable for delays in shipping caused by the postal carrier. Note that tracking is not available in every country and please allow 6-8 weeks for receipt of your piece.

REPRODUCTION

All reproduction rights are retained myself, the artist. Copying and selling/distribution of my original artwork/designs without authorization from me is prohibited by copyright law.

You may share images of your purchase on social media but please remember to tag ypsiartsupply on IG and/or FB!
